You've inspired me to follow through on my bento idea for lunch at uni next year - I spend a ridiculous amount on their lunches - I just have to be careful nt to go to town cooking stuff. ^_^
Oh, I'm glad you all think so - I certainly enjoyed it! ^_^ I added a link to where I got the peanut chicken recipe from [I simply skipped out the chilli and garlic sauce, because I didn't have any and added some more fresh garlic, sugar and chilli than the recipe called for], but the jollof recipe was mine....that'll be along in a bit :)

If you do go to town, use the freezer! Means that in two weeks, you can afford to be lazy because of your previous enthusiasm. *Love* those moments!
